CONNEMARA &; BURREN

Questo è un piccolo tour in macchina di due giorni che ho fatto ad aprile.
This is a little tour by car which I did in April.

In Irlanda ci sono tanti cimiteri di campagna. Sono sempre attorno alle chiese e si possono visitare sia di giorno che di notte.

In Ireland there are many rural graveyards. They are built around local churches and are accessible night and day.

L'hotel si trovava a Oranmore, vicino a Galway. La camera aveva la vista su un cimitero!
The hotel was in Oranmore, near Galway. The room had a view on a cemetery!

Io e i miei amici abbiamo cenato in un pub vicino all'hotel...
Me and my friends had dinner in a pub close to the hotel...

Ma abbiamo mangiato troppo...

But we ate too much...

Il giorno dopo abbiamo proseguito per la zona che si chiama "Burren".
The following day we continued on to a county called "Burren"

Tuttavia, quando abbiamo raggiunto il posto che più di altri volevamo visitare, le scogliere di Moher, c'era tantissima nebbia e non siamo riusciti a vedere niente!!!

However, once we reached the place that was supposed to be the highlight of our trip, the Cliffs of Moher, the fog was so dense that we couldn't see anything!!!

Peccato! Dobbiamo tornarci un altra volta, sperando che ci sia il sole!
What a pity! Well, we'll have to go back, and hope to find a sunny day!
